主要从事大型语言模型（LLM）在推荐系统和生物信息学中的应用研究。聚焦于将LLM与检索增强生成技术结合，以提升推荐系统的准确性、个性化和可解释性；同时，探索构建生物大模型处理基因组、蛋白质及分子数据，推动其在细胞表示、蛋白质设计和精准医疗等领域的应用。

研究聚焦推荐系统和生物领域的大型语言模型，探索其在检索增强生成推荐、细胞表示及药物设计等应用中的潜力与可解释性。
